'InfiniteOptionWeb's journey began with an ambition: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Taylor lineage in 1985, our pizza place was a quaint, family-operated venue with recipes passed down for generations.

Emma Taylor, the progenitor, mastered the craft of pizza-making whilst exploring Italy, gleaning wisdom from Neapolitan pizza experts. Back in the UK, the goal was to replicate the essence of Italian pizza, adhering to traditional practices and selecting premium ingredients.

Our once small 12-seat eatery has evolved into a cherished community staple. While our business has expanded, the dedication to supreme quality and genuineness is steadfast. We retain our old-school wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough each day, and procure the best ingredients available.

Now, 'InfiniteOptionWeb' is still governed by family, as the Taylor descendants now spearhead the enthusiastic team. Despite modern updates, our core mission endures: crafting delicious, honest pizza that unites people.
